This day saw the start of the Kilkenny Ridge at South Pond, views from Unknown Pond, The Horn and Bunnell Notch on the way down from Mt Cabot.
Day 9 was a nero, just a few miles to the Stark Village Inn for shower, laundry and a comfy bed. Still found a few pretty spots on the way there though!
Day 8 was supposed to be rainy, but instead was just a hot and sweaty trip through the rest of the Nash Stream Forest and over the Percy massif.
Day 7 was a great day for bird song as I headed through Gadwah Notch and the far reaches of the Nash Stream Forest.
Day 6 was full of amazing views, incredible bird songs and some high grade complaining heh.
Day 5 started with a deer and a moose so you know it was a good day.
Day 4 was mostly road walk and ATV trail, but still very pretty!
Day 3 started wet and saw the first trail sandwich spot 🙂
Day 2 on the mighty Cohos started at Deer Mtn State Park and ended at Tillotson shelter with visits to Second CT Lake, Falls in the River and Moose Ally.
Slackpacking from Fourth CT to Deer Mountain State Park. Day 1 on the mighty Cohos.
